Create a SiteWorx mailbox when a person or team needs its own email login and stored messages. An email alias is different: it forwards mail to another address and does not necessarily provide a separate inbox.

Check access and requirements
Confirm the domain belongs to this account and public MX records are intended to deliver mail to this service. Check mailbox and account storage allowances, and choose a strong unique password.
01 Create a mailbox in SiteWorx
- Open Hosting Features > Email > Mailboxes and choose Add Email Box or the plus control.
- Enter the mailbox name and select the correct domain. Review the complete address so a similarly named secondary domain is not selected accidentally.
- Set and confirm its password, then choose a sensible mailbox quota within the service’s limits. Create the mailbox.
- Open the account’s webmail using the full email address and mailbox password. Obtain the server’s current secure client settings before adding it to a phone or desktop app.
- Send a message to an external account and reply to it. Check the inbox and spam folder in both directions.
Confirm the expected result
The new mailbox should appear in the list and accept a fresh webmail login. Successful two-way delivery confirms more than a local mailbox creation notice.
Why can the SiteWorx mailbox not receive mail or accept my password?
If messages do not arrive, check MX records, local delivery settings and domain selection before recreating the mailbox. If login fails, reset this mailbox’s password rather than the SiteWorx panel user password. A full hosting account can prevent new mail even when the mailbox’s individual limit appears sufficient.
