Open Softaculous from the correct SiteWorx account to see the applications and existing installations associated with that service. A separate product or hosting account can have a different application list, allowance and set of credentials.

01 Open and identify the workspace
- Sign in to SiteWorx for the intended hosting account. Open Hosting Features > Softaculous where that integration is enabled. Older layouts may label the section Site Software.
- Check the account and available domains before beginning an installation. Use the application search or categories to find the project you need.
- Open the application overview and compare its version and requirements with the project's current supported release. Review existing installations before creating another copy.
- Choose the action that matches the task: install a new site, manage an existing installation or import an already installed site into the management list where supported.
If Softaculous is missing
Confirm that you are in the intended hosting account and that the feature is included and enabled for that service. A missing menu can reflect the hosting package, feature list, integration or license. Ask support with the service name and panel account; do not upload an unofficial installer or attempt server-level installation from an ordinary hosting login.
02 Before any action changes files
Know the destination domain and directory, current backup and application version. A successful panel login does not mean an occupied directory is safe to overwrite. Use a separate test location for a new application and retain the original site until the migration is verified.
03 Verify access
Confirm you can view the expected domain and installation details without modifying anything. If an existing website is missing from the list, check the supported import/detection workflow rather than installing over it.
A common question
Why can I see a script on the public catalogue but not in my account?
Server administrators can enable or disable scripts and features, and a package may require a different license or environment. The catalogue inside your hosting account determines which installer actions are available there.
