LogicBoxes-based registrar panels manage a domain's nameservers from its domain-registration order. The branding and navigation can differ between NetEarthOne and other providers, but the important target is the domain's registrar nameserver list.

01 Prepare the domain's DNS
Obtain the assigned Nabtech nameservers from your current service details. Create the destination zone and verify website, email and other required records. Keep an export of the existing zone and the old delegation for recovery.
If you use private nameservers, register their host or glue objects where required before assigning them. If DNSSEC is enabled, plan the parent DS transition separately from the ordinary record copy.
02 Open the registration order
- Sign in to the registrar's customer control panel.
- Find the domain through the order search or domain list and open its Order Information view.
- In the domain-registration section, select Name Servers.
- Replace the list with the complete intended Nabtech nameserver hostnames.
- Choose Update Name Servers and read the result.
A branded panel may use different menu wording. Follow its current domain-registration controls, not a DNS-record editor for adding NS records inside the zone.
Why can a LogicBoxes registrar refuse a nameserver change?
The provider or registry can refuse changes for a locked, suspended or transferring domain. Read the exact error and contact the registrar when the restriction requires its review. Do not cancel a legitimate transfer merely to try random DNS changes.
An invalid-nameserver error can indicate that the hostname is not registered appropriately or the registry's required count has not been met. Verify the assigned details instead of entering the server's web IP into a hostname field.
03 Verify after saving
Check the saved list and public parent delegation. Query each destination authority directly and compare the relevant records. A registrar success message does not copy the old DNS zone or confirm that the website and mail services are ready.
Keep the former authorities answering during the planned cache overlap. If the new zone is incomplete, repair the exact missing records or follow a reviewed rollback plan. For support, include the domain, registrar message and assigned Nabtech service, with credentials removed.
