A cPanel theme changes how management tools are presented. It does not change your public website theme, WordPress design or hosting plan. Theme choices depend on the cPanel version and what the server administrator makes available.

Prepare for the change
Note the feature you need, such as File Manager or Email Accounts, rather than relying on an old icon’s position. Current installations may use Jupiter or another supported interface. Retired styles shown in older screenshots may no longer be selectable.
01 Change your cPanel interface theme and find familiar tools
- Open the account or profile menu and look for Account Preferences or an available theme selector. In a layout that exposes Theme under General Information, inspect the listed choices there.
- Choose only a theme offered by your account and save if required. Let the interface reload before opening another tool.
- Use the feature search to find the same task in the new layout. Confirm you remain in the intended account when returning through a single-sign-on connection.
- If the new layout is difficult to use, return to its profile or account preferences and select another available choice. Browser zoom can improve readability without changing the theme.
Confirm the expected result
Open a familiar tool and verify that its data and domain remain the same. A theme switch should not change website files, email accounts or database contents.
What if there is no theme selector or the interface is broken?
If no theme selector appears, the server may provide only one supported option. Do not try to install a panel theme by uploading it to your website. Report a broken or inaccessible interface with the feature name and browser details so support can reproduce it.
