Paying a Nabtech invoice using an approved payment method

Use the payment options displayed on your current Nabtech invoice. Available methods can depend on currency, location, service and gateway availability. Starting from the invoice helps attach the payment to the correct account and avoids outdated bank details, wallet addresses or direct PayPal recipients.

01 Pay the correct invoice

  1. Sign in to the client area and open the invoice from the billing section. Check the invoice number, service, currency, due date and outstanding balance.
  2. Select one of the payment methods currently offered. Review any gateway instructions, recurring-payment terms and conversion information before continuing.
  3. Complete payment only on the official invoice or the payment provider's secure checkout. Enter card details and verification codes in that checkout, not in a support message.
  4. Return to the client area and check the invoice status. Some methods need confirmation or manual reconciliation before the balance changes.
  5. Keep the receipt or transaction reference until the invoice shows the expected result.

02 Example: match a payment to the right invoice

Your company has an unpaid hosting invoice and a separate domain invoice. A colleague sends you a payment receipt without saying which service it covers. Begin with the invoice record, then compare the receipt.

  1. Open the intended hosting invoice and note its number, currency, billing period and outstanding balance.
  2. Compare those details with the provider's completed transaction, including its reference and payment date.
  3. If the reference belongs to the domain invoice, return to the hosting invoice and follow its own payment instructions.
  4. If the hosting payment is completed but still unmatched, give billing support the invoice number and transaction reference.

Expected result: the correct invoice shows the payment. Each service has its own clear billing record, and you do not pay the same charge twice.

If payment is pending or missing

Check the payment provider's record before paying again. A bank authorisation, pending transaction and completed payment are different states. Send billing support the invoice number, amount, currency, date and transaction reference, with sensitive account details removed.

For a manually reconciled method, follow the exact invoice instructions and include the required reference. A payment to an old recipient or without a recognisable reference may not be matched automatically.

03 Recurring payments need a separate check

Review whether a PayPal agreement or another automatic payment is already active before making a manual renewal payment. Paying early does not necessarily cancel a scheduled external charge. If the billing arrangement is unclear, ask support to reconcile it before creating another agreement.

What should I avoid sharing?

Our support team does not need your full card number, card security code, online-banking password or one-time verification code to identify an invoice. Provide a redacted receipt through the authenticated support channel when evidence is required.
